Ingredients

For the crust

Instructions

Prepare the Crust

  • In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, then place it in the refrigerator to chill.

Make the Cheesecake Filling

  • In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Add Candies and Toffee

  • Gently fold in the M&M candies and toffee bits into the cheesecake mixture.

Assemble the Cheesecake

  • Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
  • Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Prepare for Serving

  • Decorate the top of the cheesecake with additional M&M candies and toffee bits.

Slice and Enjoy

  • Once set and decorated, slice and serve chilled.

Notes

For added flavor, consider sprinkling sea salt on top of the toffee bits or adding lemon zest to the filling. Swirling caramel sauce before serving can enhance the toffee flavor.
