Instructions

Preparation

  • Slice the seedless watermelon into thin, fry-like sticks, about 1/2 inch thick. Place the fries in the fridge to chill.
  • In a bowl, combine the lime zest and granulated sugar until fragrant. Sprinkle this mixture over the chilled watermelon fries.

Making the Dip

  • In another bowl, whisk together coconut yogurt, honey or maple syrup, fresh lime juice, lime zest, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Chill for an additional 10 minutes if possible.

Serving

  • Arrange the watermelon fries on a platter and place the dip in the center. Garnish with additional lime zest if desired.
