Ingredients

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until silky.
  • Fold in mango puree and whipped cream gently.
  • Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.

Baking

  • Bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until the edges are slightly firm and the center jiggles slightly.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.

Chilling

  • Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving.
