Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan thoroughly.
  • Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until well-coated and press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth with no lumps.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition to incorporate air.
  • Divide the batter into three portions. Stir in melted semi-sweet chocolate into one, milk chocolate chips into the second, and white chocolate chips into the third.

Baking
