Ingredients

Mocktini Base

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (full-fat, chilled)
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Rim and Toppings

  • 2 tbsp toasted shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp caramel sauce (for sticking the rim)
  • Whipped coconut cream (optional)
  • Crushed caramelized sugar or turbinado sugar (optional)
  • Mini torch (optional for brûlée effect)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Mix the toasted shredded coconut and brown sugar on a small plate.
  • Dip the rim of your martini glass in caramel sauce and press into the coconut-sugar mixture. Chill the glass while preparing the drink.

Blend the Mocktini

  • Combine chilled coconut milk, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and ice cubes in a shaker or blender.
  • Shake or blend until smooth and frothy.

Serving

  • Remove the glass from the refrigerator and pour the mixture into it.
  • Top with whipped coconut cream, drizzle extra caramel sauce, and sprinkle with crushed caramelized sugar if desired.

Brûlée Effect (Optional)

  • Using a mini torch, lightly caramelize the sugar topping until golden brown. Allow it to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Consider adding a pinch of sea salt for enhanced flavor complexity. Experiment with different sugars for the rim or serve in unique glassware for presentation.
