Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened goat cheese, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add grated garlic and tomato bruschetta. Stir gently until evenly combined.
  • Lightly grease a baking dish and spoon the cheese mixture into it, spreading evenly.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.

Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the dip for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.

Serving

  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped basil. Serve hot with grilled crostini or pita chips.
