Instructions

Sear the Steak

  • Begin by melting 1 tablespoon of butter in a hot skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Once the butter is bubbling, add in the steak cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Sear the steak until it’s browned on all sides, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Cream Sauce

  • In the same pan, reduce heat to medium and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Allow the butter to melt completely before adding the minced garlic.
  • Sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant and golden.

Make it Creamy
