Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a small bowl, combine gochujang, honey, and soy sauce to make the glaze.
  • Slice the carrots into desired shapes and toss in the glaze.

Cooking

  • Spread glazed carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast for about 20-25 minutes until tender and caramelized.
  • While the carrots roast, prepare the serving plate with a swirl of yogurt.
