Ingredients

Seafood

  • 2 pieces Fresh Lobster Tails Sweet and tender, the stars of the dish.
  • 8 pieces Large Sea Scallops Plump and juicy, they complement the lobster magnificently.

Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons Creamy Unsalted Butter Provides richness and depth to the sauce.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Aromatic and flavorful, the foundation of the garlic butter.
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice Adds a bright, zesty note to the dish.
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley Vibrant green herbs for freshness and color.
  • 1 to taste Salt Essential seasoning to enhance flavors.
  • 1 to taste Coarsely Ground Black Pepper Essential seasoning to enhance flavors.

Garnish

  • 1 pieces Lemon Wedges For an extra citrus touch when serving.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until smooth and aromatic.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and let it gently sauté for about 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Cooking Lobster

  • Place the lobster tails in the pan shell-side down and baste the exposed meat with garlic butter.
  • Cook for 5–6 minutes until the meat turns opaque, forming a beautiful, tender texture. Remove and set aside.

Cooking Scallops

  • Increase the heat to medium-high and add the scallops, cooking undisturbed for 2–3 minutes on each side until a golden crust forms.

Finishing Touches

  • Squeeze lemon juice over the lobster and scallops, and sprinkle with parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange on a serving dish garnished with lemon wedges and serve immediately.

Notes

For best flavor, always use fresh seafood; frozen can work if well-thawed. To add heat, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes.
