Instructions

Prepare the Rim

  • Mix crushed dried rose petals with sugar on a small plate. Coat the rim of a glass with honey and then dip it into the rose petal and sugar mixture.

Blend the Base

  • In a shaker or blender, combine strawberry purée, vanilla almond milk, rose water, agave syrup (or honey), and ice cubes. Blend or shake until frothy and chilled.

Serve It Beautifully

  • Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass. Optionally, top with whipped cream and garnish with a fresh strawberry slice or edible rose petal.

Notes

Consider adding a squeeze of lemon or lime juice for extra flavor. For a thicker mocktini, blend a banana or more ice. Adjust sweetness by modifying agave syrup or honey levels.
