Instructions

Making the Cocktail

  • In a powerful blender, combine the frozen strawberries, white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • While blending, chill your hurricane or tulip glasses in the freezer for about 5 minutes.

Preparing the Whipped Topping

  • In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the Malibu coconut rum.

Assembling the Drink

  • Pour the strawberry piña colada mixture into the chilled glasses and top with the Malibu whipped cream.
