For the Yum Yum Sauce

Instructions

Preparation

Makes the Sauce

  • In a bowl, whisk together 1/3 cup tamari, 2 tablespoons orange juice, honey, chili paste, garlic, and ginger.

Glaze the Chicken

  • After 30 minutes of baking, pour two-thirds of the sauce over the chicken and toss to coat. Return to the oven for 5 more minutes until cooked through. For a delicious finish, broil for 1-2 minutes to char the edges. Drizzle with the remaining sauce before serving, if desired.

Prepare the Yum Yum Sauce

  • In a small bowl, mix together mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and cayenne pepper. Adjust seasoning as needed to suit your taste.
