Ingredients

Crust ingredients

  • 14 sheets graham cracker sheets Crushed into fine crumbs for the crust.
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter Melted to bind the crust ingredients.
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar Enhances the sweetness of the crust.

Filling ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bars Rich chocolate layer to melt.
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows Provides a fluffy topping.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper or foil.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham cracker sheets, melted unsalted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of your prepared pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until the edges are set and golden.

Assembly

  • Remove the crust from the oven and sprinkle the milk chocolate chips evenly over the surface. Allow them to sit for a few minutes until they melt.
  • Spread the melted chocolate evenly across the crust using a spatula.
  • Scatter the mini marshmallows over the melted chocolate layer. Return the pan to the oven for 5–7 minutes or until the marshmallows are puffed and lightly golden. Optionally, broil for 1–2 minutes if desired.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before slicing them into squares or bars.

Notes

Check marshmallows carefully during broiling to prevent burning. Optionally, mix in some chopped nuts for added crunch.
