Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or use liners.

Making the brownie batter

  • In a separate bowl, whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.

Assembly and Baking

  • Fill each graham cracker crust with brownie batter. Bake for 10-12 minutes until tops are slightly set but still fudgy.
