Ingredients

Fruits

  • 6 pieces ripe apricots Tender and juicy with a warm golden hue.

Cheese Mixture

  • 8 oz cream cheese, whipped Creamy and velvety texture.
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese, crumbled Tangy and slightly tart.

Seasonings

  • 1 tbsp olive oil To infuse richness into the apricots.
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (thyme or basil) Aromatic herbs for added flavor.

Nuts

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush the halved apricots with olive oil.

Grilling

  • Place the apricots cut-side down on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes until charred and soft.
  • While the apricots grill, mix the cream cheese, goat cheese, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.

Serving

  • Remove the apricots from the grill and let cool slightly.
  • Serve the grilled apricots over the whipped cheese mixture and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Notes

Make sure your apricots are ripe but not overly soft. Personalize this dish by changing up the herbs or nuts to suit your taste.
