Ingredients

For the Yogurt Bowl

  • 3/4 cup thick Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat) Provides depth and a slight tang.

Instructions

Cooking the Egg

  • Bring a saucepan of water to a rolling boil. Gently lower the egg into the water using a spoon and boil for exactly 7 minutes.
  • Transfer the egg to an ice bath to cool and stop cooking. Once cooled, peel the egg and slice it in half.

Preparing the Yogurt

  • In a bowl, add the thick Greek yogurt. Swirl in olive oil and add lemon juice, then season generously with salt and cracked black pepper.

Assembly

  • Place the halved jammy egg on top of the yogurt, spoon chili crisp over the yolk, and garnish with optional toppings.

Serving
