Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed spinach, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well until the mixture is creamy and fully combined.
  • Roll out the crescent dough triangles on a clean surface, making sure they’re separated from their can shape.
  • Spoon a generous portion of the spinach and cheese mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle.
  • Starting from the wide end, roll up each triangle toward the point, tucking in the sides slightly to seal the filling within.

Baking

  • Place the rolled crescents on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan and a pinch of cracked black pepper.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-14 minutes, or until they are puffed and golden brown.

Serving
