  • 2–3 tsp best-quality extra virgin olive oil Elevates flavors and adds a glossy finish.
  • 1 tsp Celtic sea salt flakes Intensifies flavors and adds elegance.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the peach halves with extra virgin olive oil and place them cut-side down on the grill. Sear for about 2–3 minutes until caramelized.
  • Allow the burrata to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes to become creamy.

Assembly

  • On each plate, place one or two grilled peach halves. Add a burrata ball next to or on top of each peach.
  • Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and scatter fresh basil leaves. Sprinkle with Celtic sea salt flakes.
  • Serve immediately to enjoy the contrasting textures.

Notes

For best results, refrigerate components separately if there are leftovers. You can opt for different fruits like nectarines or plums as alternatives.
