Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Arrange the whole bell peppers on a baking sheet.
  • Roast the peppers for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally until beautifully charred. Allow to cool, peel the skin, and remove the seeds.

Blending

  • Combine the roasted red peppers, crumbled feta, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, red pepper flakes, and black pepper in a food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

Finishing Touches

  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  • Drizzle with extra olive oil and honey if desired, then sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
