Instructions

Preparation

  • Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until combined.
  • Firmly press the crust mixture into the bottom of a mini muffin tin lined with paper liners.
  • Chill the crust in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

Filling

  • Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
