Instructions

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until well combined, resembling wet sand.
  • Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.

Filling Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.

  • Gently fold in the whipped cream in three additions, being careful not to deflate the texture.
  • Stir in the crushed candy canes for a flavorful addition.

Assembly
