Ingredients

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined and crumbly.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of serving glasses to form an even layer.
  • In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually incorporate powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  • Gently fold in the melted chocolate chips into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  • Carefully fold in whipped heavy cream to lighten the mixture.
  • Layer the cheesecake mixture on top of your graham cracker crust in the glasses.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream for ganache. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Drizzle the chocolate ganache over the cheesecake layer in each glass.
  • Chill the parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Before serving, garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and fresh berries.

Notes

When whipping your cream, chill your bowl and beaters beforehand for the perfect consistency. Consider mixing a splash of brewed coffee into melted chocolate for a mocha flavor. Chill the parfaits longer for a firmer texture.
