Instructions

Preparation

  • In a small bowl or shallow dish, add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Introduce the freshly grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture.
  • Toss in the sundried tomatoes and Kalamata olives.
  • Add the finely chopped rosemary, fresh thyme leaves, and crushed garlic cloves.
  • Sprinkle in the chili flakes and sumac, followed by the lemon zest.
  • Finally, add the flaky sea salt and stir until well mixed.
  • Taste your dip and adjust the salt if needed.

Serving

  • Serve the dip straight from the bowl or transfer it to a beautiful dish for an elegant presentation.

Notes

Allow the dip to sit for about 30 minutes before serving for the flavors to meld beautifully. Experiment with additional herbs like basil or oregano, and try pairing with grilled bread, pita chips, or raw vegetables.
