Instructions

Preparation

  • Unroll the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, spreading it out into a rectangle.
  • Spread a thin layer of pepper jelly evenly over the entire pastry rectangle.
  • Sprinkle the shredded sharp cheddar evenly across the pepper jelly layer.
  • Evenly distribute the chopped fresh chives over the cheese.
  • Start from the long side and carefully roll the pastry tightly into a log shape.

Cooking
