  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley For garnish

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  • Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  • Stir in chopped spinach, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until spinach wilts.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle crumbled feta over the mixture. Garnish with parsley.
  • Serve warm straight from the skillet.

Notes

For variations, add bell peppers or zucchini; use turkey or chicken instead of beef for a lighter version. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
