Instructions

Cooking

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for about 3–4 minutes until the onion is soft and translucent.
  • Introduce the ground beef into the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Toss in the chopped spinach, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well, cooking for an additional 3–4 minutes until the spinach wilts.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the crumbled feta over the top.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley just before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze in containers for up to 2 months. Consider adding other veggies or spices for variation.
