Instructions

Marinate the Chicken

  • Combine the boneless chicken bites with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until the chicken is evenly coated. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
  • For better flavor, refrigerate for up to 4 hours.

Make the Garlic Sauce

  • In a medium-sized pan over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.

Grill the Chicken
