Instructions

Cooking the Beef

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain excess grease.

Seasoning the Beef

  • Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper over the browned beef. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.

Assembling the Wraps

  • Lay out the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  • Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over each tortilla. Add a portion of cooked beef, diced tomatoes, and green onions. Add ketchup or mustard if desired.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.

Grilling the Wraps
