Instructions

Preparation

  • In a food processor, add the crumbled feta cheese and softened cream cheese.
  • Add the olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth.
  • Add the chopped green olives, oregano, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Pulse a few times to combine.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle parsley on top for garnish.

Notes
