Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil, lightly greased for easy cleanup.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon zest, dried oregano, ground coriander, and ground cumin. Add the egg, crumbled feta, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.

Cooking

  • Form the mixture into 1-tablespoon sized meatballs and arrange them on the baking sheet.
  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Tzatziki Sauce

  • In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, chopped dill, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled.

Serving
