Instructions

Preparation

  • Begin by heating the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Once the oil is heated, add the panko breadcrumbs along with garlic powder to the pan. Stir continuously until the breadcrumbs turn golden brown and emit a delightful aroma. Set this mixture aside to cool slightly.
  • Lay each flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.

Assembly

  • Place slices of grilled chicken on each tortilla. Follow it up with a spoonful of the creamy Alfredo sauce and a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella or provolone. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Carefully roll each tortilla tightly and place them seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
