Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  • Flatten each biscuit gently with your hand or a rolling pin.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  • Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling to seal completely.
  • Place the bombs seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.

Baking
