Instructions

Cooking the Turkey

  • Introduce the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart. Season with onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.

Preparing the Cauliflower

  • Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes, maintaining a slight crunch.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add the steamed cauliflower to the skillet with the turkey. Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter until melted.
  • Add chopped spinach and cook for another 2-3 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in the fresh parsley and squeeze lemon juice over the dish.
