Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, toss the thinly sliced chicken breasts with olive oil, smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Cooking the Chicken

  • Heat a hot skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through. Once ready, set aside.

Preparing the Noodles

  • In a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions (usually about 3-4 minutes). Drain and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet used for the chicken, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, soy sauce, and sriracha (if using). Allow the sauce to simmer for 3–4 minutes, or until it thickens slightly.

Combining the Dish

  • Add the drained ramen noodles to the creamy sauce and toss well.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix everything together until combined.

Serving

  • Spoon the fiery chicken ramen into bowls, topping each serving with soft-boiled eggs, chopped green onions, and toasted sesame seeds.

Notes

For more flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes. Adjust the heat with chili flakes and sriracha as desired. Add vegetables for extra nutrients.
