For the Noodles

Instructions

Preparation

  • Marinate the chicken by combining sriracha, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat chicken well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cooking the Chicken

  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated chicken for 5–6 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing into thick strips.

Preparing the Broth

  • In a large pot, melt unsalted butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Optional: Add chili oil for extra spiciness.

Cooking the Noodles

  • Boil a separate pot of water, add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, discarding flavor packets. Drain and set aside.

Assembling the Dish

  • Divide cooked ramen noodles into bowls. Ladle creamy garlic broth over the noodles, and arrange sliced chicken on top.

Notes
