Instructions

Preparation

  • Sprinkle the gelatin over the pickle juice in a small pan and let it sit for approximately 5 minutes to bloom.

Heating and Mixing

  • Carefully warm the pan over low heat, stirring until the gelatin fully dissolves.
  • Incorporate sugar, dill weed, garlic powder, and food coloring, if using, and stir until smooth.

Molding

  • Using a dropper or small spoon, pour the mixture into gummy worm molds.
  • Tap the molds gently to release any trapped air bubbles.

Setting

  • Place the filled molds in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours until firm to the touch.

Unmolding and Storing

  • Once set, carefully pop the gummies out of the molds.
  • Store the gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
