Ingredients

For the Salmon

For the Dip

  • 100 g cream cheese, softened Provides a luscious base for the dip.
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream Adds a tangy twist.
  • 2 scallions, finely chopped Injects a mild onion flavor.
  • 1 tsp lemon juice Bright acidity that lifts the flavors.

For Garnish

  • Extra scallions or chives For garnish.
  • Lemon wedges For serving, adds freshness.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Pat the salmon cubes dry with a paper towel to ensure crispiness.
  • Toss the salmon in olive oil, adding salt, pepper and if desired, the smoked paprika.
  • Firmly press each cube into the Everything Bagel seasoning until coated.

Cooking

  • Arrange the seasoned cubes in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
  • Set the air fryer to 200°C (390°F) and cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Preparing the Dip

  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt or sour cream, finely chopped scallions, and lemon juice.
  • Mix until creamy and smooth, then chill in the refrigerator.

Plating

  • Once the salmon bites are golden, plate alongside the chilled dip.
  • Garnish with extra scallions or chives and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For best results, ensure salmon is dry before seasoning, cook in batches for crispiness, and customize seasoning as desired. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
