Instructions

Preparation

  • Cut the feta cheese into thick sticks, aiming for 6 to 8 pieces total. Pat them dry with paper towels to absorb any excess moisture.
  • Prepare your breading station: In separate bowls, place flour, beaten egg, and a mixture of panko breadcrumbs with crushed pistachios.
  • Coat each feta stick first in flour, followed by the egg, then roll in the pistachio-panko mix, pressing gently to ensure it adheres.

Cooking
