Preparation

  • Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for even cooking. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  • Combine the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Mix thoroughly.
  • Press the seasoned chicken breasts firmly into the parmesan-breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.

Cooking the Chicken

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the coated chicken breasts.
  • Cook until golden brown and crispy, approximately 5-7 minutes on each side. Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Making the Garlic Sauce
