Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by cutting each mozzarella string cheese stick in half, creating perfect bite-sized pieces. Place them in the freezer for at least one hour.

Coating the Cheese

  • Set up three bowls: one with all-purpose flour, another with whisked eggs and milk, and the third with seasoned breadcrumbs and spices. Dredge each frozen cheese stick in flour, dip into the egg mixture, and roll in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Frying

Marinara Sauce
