Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large baking dish, combine the chicken, cream cheese, parsley, chives, dill, garlic powder, and paprika. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Add the chopped onion, salsa verde, jalapeños (if using), and either heavy cream or coconut milk. Stir to combine.
  • Mix in 1/2 cup of the grated parmesan.
  • Gently place slices of butter on top of the mixture.
  • Spread the chopped broccoli evenly over the mixture.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30–40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
  • Once baked, gently stir to combine everything, then top with the remaining 1/2 cup of parmesan.

Serving

  • Serve hot over rice or orzo for a complete meal.

Notes
