Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces lobster tails tender and succulent
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter richness and flavor
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice adds brightness
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream provides a velvety texture
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated enhances creaminess with a hint of nutty flavor
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced the aromatic star of this dish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste seasoning for balanced flavor
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) adds a pop of color
  • Lemon wedges (optional, for serving) a zesty complement

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Cook for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  • Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and spoon the sauce over the lobster meat.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Use fresh garlic instead of powdered for better flavor. Avoid overcooking the lobster to maintain tenderness. For a touch of decadence, consider adding white wine to the sauce.
