Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, gently fold together the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, beaten egg, chopped green onions, Old Bay seasoning, optional breadcrumbs, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into either 2 large or 4 small balls, being careful not to break the crab lumps.
  • Place the crab bombs on your prepared baking sheet and drizzle melted butter over each ball.

Baking

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and firm.
  • Serve hot with fresh lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
