Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well and press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Cheesecake Filling

  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Incorporate the sour cream and continue to beat until well combined.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Baking
