Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  • Cut croissants into halves or thirds and arrange them in the baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips between the layers.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
