Ingredients

For the Chicken

For the Bread Bowls

  • 6 pieces kaiser rolls Crusty on the outside, soft on the inside.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Adds richness and flavor to the bread.
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese For a melty, savory finish.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by seasoning your cubed chicken with garlic herb seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and do not rinse.
  • Slice the tops off the kaiser rolls and hollow out the centers to create bowls.
  • Mix melted butter with garlic herb seasoning and brush the mixture inside and outside the hollowed rolls.

Cooking

  • Bake the brushed rolls in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes or until slightly toasted.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the cooked pasta with the Alfredo sauce and sautéed chicken until fully coated.
  • Fill each bread bowl with the chicken Alfredo pasta mixture.
  • Top with shredded parmesan cheese and return to the oven for 4-5 minutes until melted.
  • Serve warm, garnished with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding sautéed vegetables like spinach or mushrooms. You can also switch up the pasta and bread types, or use store-bought rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
