Instructions

Preparation

  • Heat a pan over medium heat and add the finely chopped mushrooms. Sauté for about five minutes until tender, then add the chopped spinach until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed mushrooms and spinach with the dairy-free ricotta. Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Assembly
