Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, onion, garlic, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well until a thick, moldable consistency forms.
  • Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into round patties about 1/2-inch thick.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Carefully place the patties in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
