Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Lay out each tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread about 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly across the center.
  • Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then place 4 slices of pepperoni on top.
  • Dust the layers with dried oregano, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Carefully roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other and place each roll seam-side down in the greased baking dish.
  • Spoon remaining pizza sauce over the top of the rolled-up tortillas and add more shredded mozzarella and extra pepperoni slices on top.

Baking
