  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Enhances overall flavor.
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream or whipped topping Creates a light and airy texture in the cheesecake filling.

For the Topping

  • 4 pieces golden Oreos or vanilla sandwich cookies Provides a delightful crunch on top.
  • 2 pieces freeze-dried strawberries or 1 tbsp strawberry powder Adds an extra layer of fruity flavor.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Wash the strawberries thoroughly under cool water and pat them dry. Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise and scoop out a small cavity in each half.
  • Optional: Sprinkle a tiny bit of lemon juice on the strawberry halves.

Make the Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add in powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream (or whipped topping). Mix until smooth and pipeable.
  • Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or ziplock bag for easy dispensing.

Prepare the Topping

  • Pulse the golden Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs. Add freeze-dried strawberries and melted butter, mixing until well combined.

Assemble the Strawberries

  • Pipe the cheesecake filling into each strawberry half evenly.
  • Sprinkle the crumb topping generously over the filled strawberries.

Chill

  • Refrigerate the Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries for 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
